Phase 1: Pre Pour Foundation
This phase is the site inspection of the foundation prior to pouring concrete
Phase 2: Pre-Drywall Inspection
After the framing has been completed and the rough plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system have been installed, this inspection helps discover potential issues that could hide behind the drywall.
Phase 3: Final Inspection
This inspection is usually performed prior to the final walk through and is basically a residential home inspection. This is the last chance to ensure all the major systems work properly in the home.
Phase 4: Warranty Inspection
Most builders offer a one year warranty on specific items. If a defect has occurred with in the year we can do another residential home inspection to uncover them. We usually perform these inspections in months 10 or 11 after you take possession. Perfect time for you to take advantage of the warranty and have the builder address the issues.
