An All Coast home inspector is a detail-oriented person who is a great communicator, connects well with people, and has the ability to learn the technical aspects of home inspections. While being licensed is required, having industry experience is not. Experience is trainable.
The main goal of the Growth Superhero is to drive business to the inspectors. You are expected to help build strong brand awareness by creating relationships with realtors and brokers as well as work with inspectors and customer care staff to make sure we have happy clients.
The client care coordinator is the first point of contact and it is their responsibility to fully educate the prospective clients on what makes All Coast’s services and benefits superior to all other companies. Delivering outstanding quality and results that exceed client expectations before, during, and after the inspection.
