What is it?
The Pre-Listing inspection is no different that a home inspection. The only difference here is who the inspection is for and when is it completed. With this inspection, you, the seller, would have an inspection done prior to listing the home for sale.
Why?
By having an inspection done prior to listing the you can become aware of any potential issues. This will allow you to fix any issues saving time on negotiations but more importantly, money.
Pre-Inspected homes often sell faster. With being transparent of the homes condition you can avoid hiccups that may arise during the process. This is also a very good marketing tool.
As they say, knowledge is power. With knowing your properties condition there will be no surprises from a buyers inspection.
